The performance and simplicity of Rydquist's new Berk Technology / City Tire collab drift car project is getting better and better, the latest technology leap being total engine management control by the use of an AEM Series 2 engine controller (engine computer). With a really high resolution of fuel and ignition maps, the AEM S2 takes full control to ensure that Rydquist Racing's engine always will be performing at its best together with Cosworth fuel rails and intake plenum under heavy boost coming in from a ball bearing Garrett GTX turbo charger, all in a perfect mix for the Champion Iridium spark plugs to fire away.
- I am extremely proud to have AEM become a new partner, Rydquist says. - I can't wait to get in the car and get to work with the engine management software. To share some of the fun of working with AEM I plan to post up certain features and functions that I think are extremely useful regarding engine management and data logging.
